We ended the day by visiting the the Art Gallery of NSW. All of the artists on display at the museum are Australian born or lived a majority of their lives in Australia. Their work was so fantastic I just had to sneak taking pictures of a couple pieces to show you! And these are just a fraction of the ones that I loved.
I've really relished my time here in Sydney, but I feel it might be time to move on and explore new places different than the ones I've already known. However, I've started my new job today and it seems that I'll be quite busy doing "family" things for the next couple of weeks. In my heart I can't wait to start traveling South towards Melbourne and then towards Perth, Western Australia at the end of August...might even be sooner :) xoxo
Hi Robyn!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are livin it up and eating well out there. I love reading your blog! Keep it coming...at least this way I can travel vicariously through you. I know things are working out and will continue working out for you.
Love and prayers,
Christine
Robyn...I can't believe I haven't been keeping up with you. (Just read everything) As technically up to date as I am, I thought you would be e-mailing me to tell me when you wrote something! So I am not worried about you any more. You are busy. You have had an almost awsome time, as some of your comments hint otherwise. And you are now doing what you had planned to do! YEA YEA YEA I will be back at Carver...the only para in the district that wasn't assigned to Special Ed I guess!! I will keep following you the rest of the summer and wave to me in late August...we will be near eachother as I will be in Hawaii from 17 to 28!!! Love you, don't work too hard, Shirley
